Return & Refund Policy
At Genzthingss, we aim to deliver high-quality handcrafted linen shirts that you’ll love. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags
Note: We do not accept returns for size issues unless there is a clear mismatch from what was ordered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items bought on sale or during clearance events
- Products returned without original packaging or signs of use
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at genzthingssss@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product (in case of damage or defects)
- Reason for return
Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- The product will be inspected
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., size or design), mention it in your return request. We’ll assist you based on stock availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Post-dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
